The Digital Divide

Project Description

A gap exists between students who have reliable access to technology and those without it called the digital divide. The digital divide represents the difference between those who have internet access and those who do not. Those without access are victims of the digital divide which disproportionately affects underprivileged students nationwide. We will be analyzing the effects of the digital divide as it relates to the difficulties faced by students in the classroom. Without proper access to the internet and computer devices, millions of students are left behind academically. By addressing this gap we can discuss solutions to solve this issue and to ensure access to technology is available to all
